Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place. Hoping to get an answer to a difficult question for me. I'm searching for any way possible to prove ownership of Bitcoin that was stolen from me. I mined them and the computer was taken. I have the original router and proof of my IP address at the time. So my question is, did the earliest version of Core log ip addresses? I could of swore that I read somewhere that the earliest version of core, or perhaps the IRC chat logs at the time, did in fact log ip address. Any input at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
